V4.0 Aesthetic changes. Cleaned up the game a bit and the boss fight. Final level is now finished. You can now die on the boss fight and it uses 2 lives per death. You automatically spawn on boss fights now with a 1.5 second invulnerability period. Added hard mode specific boss ability to compensate for making the boss fight easier.
