Changes From Last Version

- Updated emissive Textures

- Updated death animations with particle effects ( might improve later )

- Added a animated scan particle to work animation ( might improve later )

- Animated the emissives on death so it looks like its powering down ( cant really notice in normal game view, but its there )

- Ajusted angle of portrait. also increased the trigger values of portrait fidgets. old values where so low they never triggered.

- Removed the spc and ocl maps from the nrm map
