For some reason (Centurion may have been done in a hurry as the naming for the Centurion models is messy) Blizzard did not make Centurion death model and it instead uses the Prisoner Zealot Death. Honestly I did not notice in game and I think most likely noone did, but for completionist reasons, you can now have it :D

The orange colors are teamcolor, so it will differ based on what TC you want, same way as death models of other Zealot variants.
