Tosh's Goons variant of Trooper. Similarly to Marines, the HP of these Troopers can be upgraded, however not with combat shield, but with protective vest. The vest can then be upgraded to blast absorption vest that reduces the area damage taken by Elite Troopers by 90% and give them a shield equal to 33% of the damage prevented for 3s. Elite Troopers can use the dodge roll ability to quickly move short distance and evade all incoming attacks and abilities that were targeted on them. Their sight and weapon range can be improved with occular implants upgrade (All three models and portrait model have "cover" animation that makes their eye NOT glow red - this animation should be used until the occular implants upgrade is researched.
