The story is roughly based around Dead Space but in the starcraft universe.
Enjoy as you are challenged to solve puzzles, watch in horror as Issac(main char) slowly
looses his grasp on reality as he travels deeper into the ship. Only to find more horrors
awaiting him....

Thanks to S3rius for beta testing I suggest you call download and play his Resident Overmind map, its really good.
Not sure why but when I try running the map all it does is load up then sits there. No units, no triggers initializing. But its not giving me any error messages either.
i think i have a localisation issue ("param/value") , what can I do ? read something about client type... how do i know my client type `?
That was pretty fun, not quite challenging but not quite easy, didn't have to use defensive matrix. Good job.
The latest map should be localized for most clients.
If there are problems with your client for example 'param/value' something.
Comment here adding your client type.

The whole thing is very well done, I can't wait for future episodes.
The biggest problems I had were the lack of ability to walk backwards (which I got used to after a few minutes), and a strange camera glitch that happened after the blackout cut scenes. It would play the cinematic and then when I got control back, everything was very blurry. Switching to overhead camera and back will fix it, but I suspect a camera check after the cinematic would work better.

A couple of things. The darkness problem didn't happen for me, I saw just fine. However, movement and camera was choppy at times. As people suggested, maybe make the mouse control the camera. My BIGGEST complaint was that the camera is zoomed so far in that when I found the defense matrix it and activated it, the shield took up too much of the screen. Maybe make it possible to go in first person view if you wish, or lower the opacity of the shield so it's maybe a faint glow to show you have it activated.
Also, the part where the 2 cells and the dozer keycard were at, it wasn't obvious to go back there and when I did, I was walking through parts of the wreckage, which seemed ridiculous to me.
Other than these few complaints and bugs, I would say fantastic job and am looking forward to the fixed for Ep1 and future episodes.

Camera sucks... going trough walls. Graphic isnt that good coz its zoomed zoo close :) . But its not that bad either. Its ok.
one small thing there was a typo after the sequence with the big alien. its when he says losing his mind. so to nitpick lol :P

I plan to make some major fixed in the games camera and movement system as well and the game UI
As others have mentioned, it is very difficult to see, luckily I have my gamma up and that helped. Other than that I feel that the controls are a bit off, not game breaking, but my guy kept turning around and running into invisible walls, most likely a pathing issue.
The cinematics and feel is very excellent, the music (which is from left4dead?) kept the theme of creepy going, until I got pwned by the hydra I thought stuff was going to jump out at me every second. Keep up the good work.
Your game looks really great, I can not wait to see where you go with it. Here is hoping for some serious mind blowing psychological horror. The lighting was pretty good for me, maybe even to bright. I don't know if you were going for the flashlight in the dark mechanic or not.
The only thing I might criticize is the movement was kind of choppy for me. I think it is a result of how you have it set up as a periodic event regardless of whether any buttons are pressed or not. I usually use a while loop that activates when the button is pressed and ends when it is released. And then put a wait action for some small value like 0.1 or so. I tried this out in your game and it gave smother result for me.
Also, isn't there a way to load a second map after one has ended? Maybe it can't be done until release or something but it would be nice to have the intro lead right in to episode one.
edit: One other thing i noticed is when in combat, Issac sometimes runs away when being attacked.

I confirm, map is way too dark on my screen too.
Also no localisation for GB but this is no news.
When I ran the map I could not see much. Everything was dark. I dont think my computer is glitching since there is color, the DeadCraft logo appears, and the dialog boxes and such appear as well.
