Fixed a majority of the bugs with the map.

All units are now priced according to (minerals+vespene)/10 - high vespene units like spellcasters are a much better buy since vespene is supposed to be worth more than minerals.

Passive income is shown on the leaderboard, but what isn't shown is you get extra minerals (1 extra per 5 units in the center of the map) and less minerals (1 less per 10 units in your base).
