Download and unpack the Mods rar file into your Starcraft 2 installation folder, then download the map pack and do the same. Under the Maps/Warcraft 1 folder you will find a map called wc1menu. Open it in the editor and hit test map to access the menu. Your progress is stored in a bank file so each time you open the menu you will see the already unlocked chapters.
