Mechanic fix

-Fixed a problem where requirement for extra item slot were not active. -Fixed a bug with the gathering rate bonus obtained by the Gather+ item. Now it is +25%. -Fixed the game variants so every SCV player should be hostile to each other.

Important : Use the game mode Chase the mineral standard settings when you create a game.
