SC2Mapster

- Added a new hero: Reaper Man, can jump up and down cliffs, with the press of a button (T).
- Modfied camera height for each hero, Firebat and Marauder should no longer block your sight.
- Added a new ability for Sniper, he can now Snipe units (basicly one shot one kill) when pressing T.
- You can now random the commander, although I wouldnt suggest that all the players random, you might end up with no commander.
- Fixed random hero pick trigger not triggering before the timer runs out, due to lag.

Future Plans
- AI for Commander.
- More heroes.
- Vehicles.
- Queen of Blades.

- Upgrades for certain units not affecting that unit. (Editor Bug, blame Blizzard)
