Behemoth Tank MKIII

The terran Behemoth MKIII is an upgrade to the older and now obsolete Behemoth MKI tank. Commanders are strongly urged to replace all MK Is with MKIII tanks.
Please inform me of any bugs!

- Added Ref_Weapon attachments to the missile launchers, and increased them to two launchers over the single missile launcher.
- Added additional front plating.
- Added detail, such as headlights (decorative), and the warhound radio antenna.
- Weight painting done to all additive pieces of the tank to help prevent animation bugs.
- Pieces removed and replaced due to a texture bug.
