Bioship
Large 2v2 melee map. I mixed textures from different tile sets to bring the jungle to a space platform. Designed to be balanced for competitive multiplayer.
Comments and criticisms are welcomed.
This was my first official map release.

-Opened up center cliff area of the map to allow more attack paths across the map.
-Changed position of watch towers slightly to accommodate changes.

Very nice map, it looks like it could even be easily converted to 3v3 as well. I LOVE the concept you did with this map, it makes it look really cool.
Yeah, I was trying to decide where to put more watchtowers but there really is no good place to put them lol.
Maybe expansions with destructible rocks overlooking gold?
Awesome looking map. Also the positioning of the watchtowers are perfect. Although they provide vision of the hp of 2 out of the 4 rocks, dont know if thats intentional. The gold is extremely easy to defend once you take the expo overlooking it, but I guess thats again, intentional.
Can't really critisize much about this map, except maybe two watchtowers seems a bit little? Other then that, looks solid
imo, ramps that go diagonal looks better than horizontal or vertical ramps. Otherwise looks great.

Not sure why it appears like that in the pics, the texture is fine on my editor. But perhaps I should reupload it just in case.
Also the map isn't balanced for 1v1 (it is perfectly mirrored though). Though it'd be fine I think, if players started at diagonal positions.
Im assuming youve fixed the left middle ramps texturing. Neat map.
This map looks so awesome. Is it only for 2v2 or also for 1v1? Because there is a small balance problem if it's also for 1v1. If you spawn at the bottom right corner, and your opponent spawn at the top right corner, it's easier for you to protect (or harass) the high yield mineral expansion, so maybe you should add 2 more high yield, so it's perfectly mirrored.
Pretty cool, I must admit. Reminds me of the indoor outdoor invironments in Metroid Fusion. Very well done. Keep up the good work.
