BattleCraft
Push spawned attackers toward the enemy side to destroy their life crystal while protecting your own. Pick the right units over your enemy to push through your enemy's attackers.

I'm remaking a classic from SC1 for SC2.
Recommended players: 2 [1v1] or 4 [2v2]
Some details:
- Buy attacker armies at the top left corner of the map. Each individual unit purchase creates an army of that unit. These units will automatically attack toward the enemy's life crystal.
- Buy defensive structures and heroes at your Life Crystal. In addition to minerals, these special units require vespene gas.
- Mineral count increases automatically. To fasten the pace of game as time goes by, income and vespene gas increases as you kill more units.
- For more convenient purchasing, hotkeys are initiated at the start for each player. [1-4] are for buying attacker armies while [w] is the life crystal.
- You can still play with/computers by adding AI for a player slot. The AI just makes random units so don't expect it to be any good.

I'm glad infest terrens were buffed because they were useless b4 but now there to hard to kill. they were perfect when they first started out as a good way to intercept and defend against a possible boom. But now there so strong everyone is using them in every combo.

Which is good cause its the only way to get away from boom kills.
I'm pretty sure infested did get buffed. Luckily I know a simple easy counter cause in my newb days I got rocked by infested for a whole game. HAHAHA how it pays off to get owned.
I've played this game ALOT. Last time I check I just hit 10k games, but that was only half the time I've played BC because I had to format my comp about 1.5 years ago. I agree with all the ones that said we should vote for game options in game. This will make it much better. The current different game modes don't work because not enough people actually join 2v2 hyper and we're forced to play slow mo. All the regulars will recognize my name wether they think I'm good or not that doesn't matter. What I'm saying is I've played this map religiously since sc2 has been out. Don't believe me? I've never played a regular game. 99.99% of my time on sc is playing BC, the other 0.01 % was starjeweled with my gf. I love this map, but Ski is right, the map is slowly dying because of the different game modes that slowly kill the map and the vet players.

I second Skioski... it should be back how it was when everyone queued together and then hyper was switched before the game started.

Having 2v2 and 2v2 hyper pregame.
1.Newbs as well as pros just leave from the queue time. 2.Sometimes makes less intelligent newbs harder for them to get into. 3.Losing fans/die hard fans including me, Ive stuck with it through thick and thin. 4.Most of the guys teach noobs stuff anyways so they can get into it so that's probably not a big of as issue as you'd think. 5.Queue time are absolutely out the window forcing even you biggest fans to quit. 6.Also did you know nobody uses 1v1 period. 7.A lot of pros moved to non hyper games and i haven't seen most of them on in months anymore they quit.
Having hyper as a 3/4 vote in game.
1.Happy get in get out games. 2.Over time the game should somewhat get back where it was in terms of more players. 3.Less obnoxious thoughts from the queue time. Really does cause discomfort sometimes depression. 4.Me and many other love this game and are great fans of you, but the game is dying and we don't want to see that happen or go anywhere else but we love BC. As the creator I'm pretty sure you just want whats best for the game. All I ask is just that you give it some thought. I've talked to noobs as well as pros and only 1 person disagreed but he said he was just trollins. Please at least give it a shot. Thank you
This just took me 20 minutes of thoughts to right down. And I hope what I'm about to say doesn't effect your opinion on what we said. But I'm about to I'm about to stop playing sc2 altogether. Didn't mean that as a threat but its true. Please Please give it some thought. Glad the infested terrens work again, only way around a boom kill.

Tordecy is nowhere to be found my friend, he has disappeared for the most part. A friend of mine, Kenneth, is also (slowly) working on a new version: BC Ultimate. It's working very well for the most part, besides terrazine. Haven't seen him in the past week but you should try get in contact with him!
Most of the decent players have quit, mainly because of lack of an in game hyper option. Your work gives us hope. haha. True tho.

the issue is i have been working from BC .01 and BC 1.75 models.
So I am spending hours of balancing and tweaks with the unrefined versions for months. if u wanted to see them: search BATTLECRAFT on US servers.

i am goldendragon from sc2.
i have been working with several map makers, and leading gamer on concept boards for bc.
ideo had put me onto a direct link to your file, and where you had begun leaving messages about game changes again.
a friend had sent me information and helpful diagrams for the bc universe.
my harddrive fried in the middle of testing. i have been slowly recovering and loaded test realms which are unbalanced.
i would like to discuss proceeding with more fluidity. (all maps are open source and can be both edited and borrowed from)

problem with that is that you can save files. I have a file for every rank, but i usually play as a lower rank because if i put up my real rank people leave immediately after the game starts. i don't really care about queens tbh
the hyper in game option would be genius. and a starting 2k mode would be awesome
some of us just love the game you made and will keep playing no matter what
