Push spawned attackers toward the enemy side to destroy their life crystal while protecting your own. Pick the right units over your enemy to push through your enemy's attackers.

I'm remaking a classic from SC1 for SC2.
Recommended players: 2 [1v1] or 4 [2v2]
Some details:
- Buy attacker armies at the top left corner of the map. Each individual unit purchase creates an army of that unit. These units will automatically attack toward the enemy's life crystal.
- Buy defensive structures and heroes at your Life Crystal. In addition to minerals, these special units require vespene gas.
- Mineral count increases automatically. To fasten the pace of game as time goes by, income and vespene gas increases as you kill more units.
- For more convenient purchasing, hotkeys are initiated at the start for each player. [1-4] are for buying attacker armies while [w] is the life crystal.
- You can still play with/computers by adding AI for a player slot. The AI just makes random units so don't expect it to be any good.

Make it an in game hyper option or im leaving the game. I'm sick or waiting around for 2 hours when it could be play n go. in the old days 1 in 1/100 times you might get a nub to stop playing, They didn't like at but your losing some of your major players 2 regular 2v2s and alot of them are quitting mlain and somple.... SOME THING HAS TO HAPPEN fix your shit or pass the torch.
I think it would be cool if there was a vote option for like sword + ratings that if majority ruled, all players start at 2k minerals. In 90%+ of high level play, all players wait until 2k to make any moves; also, I feel this feature would encourage players to stop resetting stats. I like stevies suggestions. I think Danks ideas are cool, maybe master version vote option to open up at triple crown? Better ai would be cool, but I definitely don't think that's as important as changing multiplayer, and a lot of work im sure.
I'd like to see queens get a slight splash damage resistance buff, I would like to see small queen combos fair a little better against lurkers...maybe im wrong though
and yea, the hyper vote option would be great

it would be cool to have a Battlecraft Master verison, wherein you are able to control mins/gas/terra etc. maybe raise the caps too and possibly even difficulty vs comps persay maybe they can have sends programmed into them so you can up the difficulty, even teach em heroes* 0.o
i would have to agree hyper is suffering greatly from the no vote system, also i could see an ez fix in making hyper the standard instead of non hyper this may increase the amount of new ppl that would play hyper. in either case a change is needed (>0.o)>
Yeah the only way to get people playing regularly again is to have an in game vote for hyper. 3 people vote would be the way to go.
And Tordecy, you really need to get rid of the 2v2 regular and 2v2 hyper menus, it's 10-20 minute wait times for a game of hyper!!! It's destroying the game, and it's just a quick fix for y to make ^^

The GM's of HOTS communicate, directly or indirectly, with the Admins regarding balance. I don't see what's to be offended about here. Very excited to see what he has in store for us, just trying to help him out to be honest.
@pheonix suggestion you failed to acknowledge the one thing pheonix has that nothing else does... speed you aren't using them right their range is very high and they are crazy reaper fast send them last as air aa support and watch your opponent waste 600 mins in ghosts that never get a hit in
@ all the other suggestions wait til you guys see the update he has made for us before flooding the place with suggestions that quite likely will become irrelevant. when someone says they have something cool for you. you dont ask what it is you say thank you and politely hold out your hand. if someone gives you a handmade sweater you dont "suggest" they go make you some matching socks.

Timed Aggro Mode as an option. The current mechanics of Aggro and Tug elude most of us anyway, and I haven't met a person yet who can differentiate between them. I honestly think this alone would breathe new life into the game.
However more pressing matters persist in the mechanics of battlecraft. Air units need some overhauling, and we need more AA unit variety. A slight nerf on viking range among other things might balance the scale a bit.
Keep in mind ppl these changes are very slight, and will not affect general play aside from the viability of light air units!!!
I tried to keep things as basic and unobtrusive as possible, while addressing important master-level balance issues. Thanks for any consideration.

there is a problem in vespene gas sometimes i dont get it except after destroying a life crystal

noone ever does this to me but whenever i see any player try it out a couple quick pauses will make em loose track of time
To take out the disruptor trick (where at the end of the round they suicide at the last second having broodlings at your pylon, and they spawn and kill your pylon during the 10 second down time imbetween rounds)
You should add a Nuke during that period. 1 nuke that radius covers the whole map, take out the animation and there you go. no more cheating with disruptors.
not gonna lie it took me far longer to find this thread after hearing about it in game than I care to admit hah.
Had to read about a possible update though! I 100% emphatically vote for the return of a timed aggro. These saved up side-attack games are getting ridiculously boring, new units would do little to fix. I miss the days of learning different tiers of counters, the skill level was much higher. Keep terrazine though, love that shit.
Ratings reset would be good too. Ideophobe/iiCarly know what's up.
@WINNING - I vote no to quick minerals :P although it does make for a quick double marine apoc beast send.

also i think 2v2 aggro > 2v2 hyper without aggro you just always end up at 2k vs 2k

idk about a new ranking system maybe just change the bank name to reset everyone and make a crown worth achieving again
Add a quick mineral option for normal mode please. Let us vote on whether or not we get a instant 600 minerals at start like hyper.
