BattleCraft
Push spawned attackers toward the enemy side to destroy their life crystal while protecting your own. Pick the right units over your enemy to push through your enemy's attackers.

I'm remaking a classic from SC1 for SC2.
Recommended players: 2 [1v1] or 4 [2v2]
Some details:
- Buy attacker armies at the top left corner of the map. Each individual unit purchase creates an army of that unit. These units will automatically attack toward the enemy's life crystal.
- Buy defensive structures and heroes at your Life Crystal. In addition to minerals, these special units require vespene gas.
- Mineral count increases automatically. To fasten the pace of game as time goes by, income and vespene gas increases as you kill more units.
- For more convenient purchasing, hotkeys are initiated at the start for each player. [1-4] are for buying attacker armies while [w] is the life crystal.
- You can still play with/computers by adding AI for a player slot. The AI just makes random units so don't expect it to be any good.

just gonna throw this out there no hate intended
complaining about dropping? don't join the game so quickly after you just quit the previous game (few options: wait for 1 minute: go get a drink/snack/smoke/etc.. or talk in the channel, don't quit the previous game, relog)
no armageddon? the game is originally called battlecraft: armageddon
can't win a 1v2 (in a pub!?!?) so you wanna change something? l2p
want to get atleast a point for winning? lol you probably reload your file anyway
hyper only? i'd like this too...but we were all learning as e's at one point
aggro mode? there's only 1 reason you guys may want this: it makes the time you wait for 2k minerals more fun than just waiting for 2k minerals
<3
Sometimes I drop at the start of the game, sometimes I drop as the timer hits 0. But when I drop because the timer hit 0 I get a loss.
I feel like this problem should be fixed. You might not be able to avoid the drops, but you can make them not turn into loses:
A round shouldn't count until 5 seconds in. But, because it may be the marking causing the drop, be sure to mark a round as 'started-but-not-counted' before marking it as counted.
If my ally leaves at the very beginning of the game, I don't get +2 income and gas.
If my ally leaves after he dies, I get double bonus income and gas.
Yes! Please change the voting requirements for hyper! It's ridiculous it has steeper requirements than fog. Three out of four is completely reasonable. I would support 1 from each team as well.
Playing normal speed, after you get used to hyper, is so sloooooow. People are getting really mad at new players who don't even know about hyper because of it.
Please reduce the required majority for hyper from 4/4 to 3/4. Consider taking it all the way to 2/4-cross-teams like aggro used to be.
@netmace:
I meant the 3+ to turn off arma to apply to a full 2v2 game. In a 2v1 situation I like your idea and think it works perfectly.
It would be interesting if the teams could be rotated between rounds.
@The_Animus: Go
Now we are getting somewhere... right off the top I say Arma on/off vote is a good idea. Your idea, about 3 plus to turn off is not representative, in my view. I think if it's 2v1, or 1v2... that the 1 should have the say in the matter. If they are scrubs, I'll take the challenge, and say "let em arma". If they are rough... like a C and a J... but the J is no J... I say, "I'll play again, but w/ no arma." I honestly believe that the decision should rest with the 1, not the 2, in a 3 player situation.
Please add a on/off setting for arma during setup. Default is on, 3+ vote off to turn arma off.
Perhaps, instead of guaranteeing gaining a point, the points should be represented more accurately under the hood? That way multiple wins could accumulate into a single point.
I don't think guaranteeing a point is a good idea. It's still possible to gain points pretty consistently, you just have to win the games against scrubs to reach the games against higher rated players. I found 3000 to 3100 a lot harder than 3100 to 3300, but that was because I was used to aggro mode at the time.
Are disrupters ever worth it?
Also I think everyone (including sword rank and above ) should get at least one point for winning a round.
@Stevie concerning Armageddon. Maybe put it on a timer, like trading rescources? IDK about removing it all together. How many times, when you are red, does teal not send to help @ the right time? The income of blue is too much for red to overcome, when both players are equal in skill. The saying goes, the team is only as good as the weakest player. That isn't quite true, but you get the idea.
You should remember if a player is showing the terrazine income timers or not. Also might want to group them and show the allied players' timers as well.
I think standard shouldn't have armas. 1v2's would have a purpose
Trading needs to be nerfed.
It's not necessarily a bad thing that trading dominates not trading in 2v2s, but it is pretty boring to be the giving partner. I also don't like 2v2 reducing into a double-money 1v1.
There are a few ways to fix it:
The gg sound was the most annoying anyways.
Vindicators don't seem to reflect a percentage. At least the majority of the damage is a fixed amount over time. That's why spreading out vindicators makes them more effective (the damage over time doesn't stack, so the more vindicators you kill at a time the less total damage you take).
Warp prisms don't stack. Ironically, making them stack would be a huge nerf because vindicators would utterly wreck them. Any warp prism that hurts a vindicator dies. The only reason they don't all die at once now is only one does damage at a time.
Text sounds are back? I thought it was just gg. If it's annoying just make it you can only gg once per round.
I'm kinda curious how vindicators work. Do they reflect a % of damage taken. Do they do more vs psionic then biological? Do they do more vs psionic and biological then just psionic? What if they are hit by splash damage. What % do they reflect again mechanical units.
Also how do warp prisms work in groups. Does 1 warp prism do the same dps as 10?
When did the annoying text sounds come back? Can I turn them off?
You need to lose points for leaving or people will leave to avoid losing points. Constantly.
You shouldn't lose points for leaving a game before it ends, playing with laggy people is punishment enough.
