This map is a realistic remake of the ambush at Whiskey Outpost from the movie Starship Troopers.
You can switch between Third Person Shooter and RTS mode.

I've put much effort into conserving the look and feel of Whiskey Outpost as portrayed in the movie.

Some of the features:

• Up to 6 players

• Realistic looking outpost walls and tower.
  
• Hand grenades
  
• Upgrades

• Difficulty levels
  
• 20 waves of bugs
  
• 3 different type of bugs (Hopper, Warrior and Tanker)
  
• Accurate line-sphere intersection for TPS firing system.

You can play the public release on BattleNet.
Create a new Custom Game, search for 'Starship Troopers' and then select the 'Ambush at Whiskey Outpost' one.

The new publishing system makes it very difficult to test new maps with other players, so please check out this map and give some feedback :)
