WoW TD2 by PinkyBlue
Simply put, this is a classic tower defense game with mazes and mini games, based off of and inspired by World of Warcraft. The towers utilized in-game are heroes of Azeroth, the enemies are common monsters from Kalimdor, Eastern Kingdoms, Northrend, Outland and other dangerous places around the world of Warcraft.

First of all i am glad you like my Wow TD and played it "countless times" :)
I see you are from America, and you play at US server. So you don't know that version of Wow TD published on your server is not my own map. I have to light this moment for you. I am from Europe and had finished work on Wow TD 1 at spring 2012 when global play was not yet implementerd. I didn't have america's accaunt so i published my map at europe server only. But one guy (KorvinGump) took map, added some stuff (shop, gas vespen, another selection dialog at start etc...) and published it at America's server. His version was good and was popular at America. It is that map you are used to play But if you want to see ORIGINAL Wow TD 1 then connect to Europe server (thanks global play) and look for "Wow TD". :)
Well, now you know why Wow TD 2 doesn't have some stuff you miss about (shop etc). Also you mentioned about road system. It is really taken from Random TD, i gave respect to Goa (author of Random TD0 in my map. Why don't i should take so good idea? Iif it "a bad rip from "Random TD"" then Starcraft is a bad rip of Dune 2 :)
Wow TD 2 is just an evolution of ideas about WOW TD 1. I played Wow TD 1 endless times and it became boring for me - the same road every game, any random factor etc... So i added random road, new landscape, more variations of mobs for waves, more different minigames! And i am very saddened that you don't understand my ideas.

From someone who has played the first version of this game countless times, I have to say, WoW TD 2 ins't what I was hoping for.
The drop rate is still too low (compared to the alteration you made in the 1st game), and you took away the shop which compensated for this.
There is no real improvement to the towers, or anything amazingly new to call it a new version of the game.
The random pathing was a great idea, but it's just feels like a bad rip from "Random TD".
In short, it is very lacking on an overall basic. I hope to see future improvements.
Please take this constructive criticism the right way.

never liked TDs genre but this looks great, nice to have units instead of structures or some WoW/rpg style TD, how didn't anyone think of that!

Btw its nice that finally another td, which uses randomly placed checkpoints.
