OneTwo made quite a lot of great tutorials and the map he is working on is alike! Lost Planet RPG is a game like diablo featuring quests, items, abilities ... It's currently nowhere than being released but there's already a good base to build on!
MapCraft by Motive & Sixen
MapCraft is a small program that allows you to play multiplayers map on Battle.net without publishing them. It works as follow: you all join the same map (Extinction in this case), then all the players use the program to swap the Extension map file with the one you want to play, and you start the game!
The process is not really user-friendly (all the players must know each other, have a copy of the map and use a 3rd party program) but it's the only way to test your Blizzcon contest map for example :)
