Infested Arena 3 by Etravex
Infested Arena 3, like its predecessors, places four players in an arena setting whereby their objective is to survive each successive round. At the beginning of the match each player will get the opportunity to choose their Specialist (or Hero). Each Specialist is different and has a unique play style. The more Infested you kill the stronger you can make your specialist. Your Specialist will never die; instead, when your specialist reaches 0 health he goes into an incapacitated state. You must wait in this Incapacitated state for a duration of time before your specialist will get on his feet again. If all current players' Specialists get Incapacitated at the same time then the game will end in defeat.

(Pure Spell-Based): First start out by buying one Wisdom of The Ancients under the Support items tab... Then buy a Mineral Generator, continue to buy two more Wisdom of The Ancients and another Mineral Generator when you can.
Spend all your Vespene on Unknown color '#ffff00f'. Intelligence to increase Elemental Damage, and Energy. In the Skilltree, try to get every upgrade that's related to Intelligence or Elemental Damage, make sure to also get some Health Regeneration to support your Backlash Ability.
Once you're around level 40 (Hero Level), start selling off your Wisdom of the Ancients and immediately buy two Ancient Artifacts. Eventually, sell off all the farming items and fill up on the Final Items list.

BLAZE GUIDE
(Pure DPS):
Once you've built up this, all you have to do is sit back and watch...
First start out by buying one Wisdom of The Ancients under the Support items tab... Then buy a Mineral Generator, continue to buy two more Wisdom of The Ancients and another Mineral Generator when you can.
Spend all your Vespene on Agility to compensate his low attack speed. In the Skilltree, try to get every attack speed upgrade unlocked, once that's done you should upgrade every Physical Damage, Strength Upgrade, and the Deadly Strikes upgrade. (Very Bottom of the Skilltree)
As soon as you've gotten 9000 Minerals, and you are around level 40 (Hero Level). Buy one Deadman's Grasp, and one Splicing Munitions (both under the Specialization items tab), and three Berserker's Serums (Under the Attack Speed items tab). As soon as you get enough money, buy one Bionic Launcher (Physical Damage items tab.)
PASSIVES: The first Passive, unlocked after defeating the first boss, should be Deep Lacerations. This at its max will give 21% more attack speed. The second Passive should be The Gambler, it is essential later on with this build. The third Passive should be Deathly Double, supplying a 7% to deal 100% more Physical Damage EACH attack. Note the third Passive could be anything you want, I simply suggest Pain Maker II to provide 62 more Physical Damage.
Blaze Strategy:
Your build is now complete, you are an uber tough guy with lots of ammo apparently. Now, just sit back and occasionally maneuver to avoid Boss abilities...

Thank Etravex, for the great game!
@Draktok: Go Yes, people grab Wisdom of the Ancients and Mineral Generators to get higher up. (This is required on the harder difficulties because you need all 50 Passive Skill tree points (plus the ones you get from Infested Primes) to even damage the HP of the Mobs/Creeps/Infested/Whatchamacallits.
You should try it on a harder difficulty (Easy is just tediously boring, you do it to farm Player Levels.)
Anyways, you really should give it another chance since it's still in Alpha.
Liked the game, was growing bored near the ending though. Everyone seems to always grab XP boosters, I'm sorry i'm not good with names - level up to max, and then sell 'em out and grabbing gear as you should. I obviously haven't beat it on the highest difficulties, but it didn't feel difficult for most of the game.
By the last boss i just wanted to see the ending.
I did enjoy the map and it's idea, your character just reaches a point where it's no longer difficult and grew tedious, to me, personally.
Good work on the map though. Excellent execution. I don't know how to make the game scale with players better to make it feel less tedious. Perhaps that's just a personal gripe.
Etravex has done it again! Difficult, yet fun. It takes roughly an hour to complete each time, yet it goes by and feels like it's only been minutes. If you like any type of arena game, this one's for you.
