If you are porting them to SC2 you need to make the texture files into a .dds format then 3ds max it to reapply it.
If you are using models you downloaded, make sure you import everything EXCEPT the .m3 model file, save, close sc2 editor, reopen then import the .m3, then save, close, and reopen. Should work, if not then the person who made it screwed the model up.
I'm using the M3 import, and export tools and I'm trying to get models to stop warping in 3DS max.... Anyone have any idea on how to fix this? I'd upload a picture from my desktop but quite frankly I'm not sure how ><

I fixed it, apparently it has something to do with 2013, as I downgraded to 2012 and now it works just fine.

Well the models seem to warp to one side and makes the model look like crap because then the textures don't apply correctly.
