:O sry ;) cant you take a dark yellow and use then use "set tint color"?
well, im afk now. good luck!^^
i think there is a ingame-mechanic that creates a sand-actor on a unit if the unit is in a sand-storm. and this automatically gains the color of the unit, so its not an animation of it
dont know sry
so, what do you want to be green?
i'm sry that i dont understand your problem but im tired^^
lolz
so if your actor does an animation its color changes back to normal? sry if i dont understand your problem ;)
dont know if this this is what you want but just use "set Tint Color". HDR-Multiplier defines how intense the actor is "glowing". see picture^^
