For my map, I want to add observers. So like if player one thinks he lost he can surrender and then he becomes an observer. But if he types other players who are still playing can read the chat message, then he can just give out positions and make the game unfair. Could some one please tell me in detail how I could hide the chat message to players who are playing and still allow observers to chat to each other and for players who are still playing be able to talk to each other.

On one of my maps, when i put water it wont show up, and pressing W does no fix it. Im not really sure what to press to fix it. Please help me
