If it wasnt for this post i probably wouldnt have joined. But i spent a long time trying to figure this one out.You want to find the Unit 'Security Gate (SecurityGateStraightVertical).' in the data editor. go to its command card and click on a few of the empty boxes at the bottom. one has the ability close gate. just click on the word close gate under buttons then just search close gate and double click the picture. i dont know how to do this for other gates but you can go to its actor and change the modal. it worked for me. :D like i said im new so u might have better luck using this for other things. if so feel free to share :)
