Idea: Natural light - a WTe where you can't use omni lights or stuff like that, you are only allowed to use normal lighting and 2 lighting regions (red and green), green being pitch black. Then make a terrain using the two lighting types.
Hi, can someone please provide the Diablo III cathedral and its related assets (such as the exterior props like graves and fences and internal props like pots and webs) please? Thanks
We've all had our fair share of stuff that takes ages to do, but what about some super simple details - cool looking stuff that can be done in like 5 steps (or less!)
I'll start!
Floor fan:
1) Get a "grid floor" doodad, such as "HotS - Space Prison Dock Grid Floor".
2) Get a "fan" doodad, such as "Space Platform Fan Large"
3) Position the grid floor, then hide the terrain cells under it. Increase its scale.
4) Position the fan above the grid floor, and then lower it until it is completely under the grid
5) Clean up
Okay so I can't use reply on mobile, so you'll have to pretend this is a proper reply.
@sgtnoobkilla Nice! Can't wait to see more! Also, you're in aus too?
@wargirlwargirl I suppose I should give you a proper response instead of just "lel be patient". I started with a blank zerus map, which I then changed the textures to: Zerus Dirt, Zerus Dirt Dark, Zerus Pebbles, Zerus Algae, Phaeton Shale, Char Fortress Panels, Char Fortress Panels Detail, and I can't remember the last one. I then replaced one of the Zerus cliff types with Char Fortress Cliff Manmade, and painted "lower". Following that, I grabbed some large rocks made their x and y scales to 200 I think, and z to 50. Then I placed them all around and lowered them under the platform when needed. I then added vegetation on them and added lava pillars, and after that I painted all the necessary textures on the floor and platform, and added lighting regions, one absolute pitch black, and the other a very very dim blue and painted the dark areas dark. I also added sunrays. Then I added the space platform scaffolding and the abandoned colony ship. Using pitch and roll, I positioned them, added more vines, and added debris and marine corpses at the bottom. Then I added more vines. After that I added more vines. Once that was done I added even more vines, then I decided to add more vines. Finally, I added more vines and my work was done. 6hrs-ish?

Can I use my own terrain?
If not, I'm hoping terminator8 uploads their map.

@Mozared:
Blizzard should add a brush that populates areas with trees, with settings such as density, etc. 💩
