i guess i dont understand what you mean in your post Patch....the symetry in my map is off a little but not to bad,but as far as game play and the way a fastest map is supposed to work i think its ok...me and a few friends played on it and it seemed ok no real problems of any kind...i guess i just dont understand what you mean by fastest map dont work in sc2...mine seems to work ok other than the fact on me and a couple of friends are the only ones who actually use it...but it really doesnt matter much it was just an experiment in making a map. anyway lemme know if you have some input on what could be done to make a fastest map possible for better playability.
Hi all, I havent been able to get many people to try out this map of mine. Its a melee with absolute fastest resources. I dont know the best way to get the word out for people to try it other than to post the name and category of the map for people to look up. the name is: F@stest-Possible Map.
some info:
1. Supply increased from 200 to 250 {tried 300 made everything to laggy so 250 works good}
2. Resources are as close as possible to starting points
3. Gatherers carrying capacity increased and flags changed so they do not block each other at resources.
I did not buff any unit cost as the money increases so fast its not an issue.
If anyone could please check it out and give suggestions i would appreciate it. the only thing i know i did wrong was i made the bounds of the map way to big its a big map but i still think its fun as hell. give it a try please. thanks all.

Hi everyone, I am new to the forums and to mapping so please bare with me .
i have done extensive searches online with no answer in sight to my problem. I need to know how to place my Hatchery close to my resources...like a fastest money map, I figured out how to set the command center and the nexus by changing the footprint of each one but the Hatchery has a few more detail in its footprint like ,creep and no matter what i have tried i cannot get it to place next to the resources like the others.
I seen posts about using different map editors but everyone i have found wont load for some reason or another... and i cant seem to find the answer to my question anywhere and i know it can be done...ive seen maps with the setup im talking about. I even dled the said maps and tried reverse engineering them to find the answer but no joy ,theres just to much info to try to sort through and i want my map to be clean not wrecked with a bunch of useless variables and triggers and what not.
well if anyone can help me out i sure would appreciate it..and if i can get it figured out ill be sure to share my map with the community. thanks again in advance.
