Sorry if this seems like a stupid question. I'm pretty new to the editor.
I've made an ability that basically does damage. I gave it to a Dark Templar. But I've found that when I use the ability the Dark Templar doesn't actually have an attack animation when it uses the ability. I really have no idea about the actors and things so can anyone help me and tell me how to get the Dark Templar to use the attack animation when it uses the ability?
I'm not sure if this goes in the Data section, Sorry if it doesn't.
How do I make multiple players able to control the same unit, or a group of units. Similar to some unit testing maps were the units attack each other but you can control both armies?
Sorry if these questions sound stupid. I'm just starting making games.
[ Question One. I used triggers to set my player alliances. How do I make it that in-game the default for speaking isn't allies but to everyone? ]
[ Question Two. How do you make it say an actually players name? For instance: I want it to say "(Player Name)'s hero has died". But right now all I can do is make it say "Player 1's Hero has died" I want it to actually say the players real in-game name. ]
[ I said 2 Questions but I just thought up another question... How do you make it show how much damage a unit is dealing. In some RPG's when the unit attacks the damge is shown. How do I do this?
Hm. Now that I think about it, this should go in triggers I think. I don't know...

How do I make the Infestor attack with the Neural Parasite Actor (The spine coming out)?
I want it basically to reach out and hit the enemy. Then return. Then once returned once again reach out and attack. Basically like a Spine Crawler.

For the first ability, Electric Shock, how do I make it that the stunned unit will have those circles on top of them. ( The stun circle things )
