    This is just a though but i had a similar problem once and i noticed it was caused because on battle.net the game speed is always set to faster while testing from editor its normal (probably changeable) but try to make a trigger and set the game speed to faster, if you get the same problem as on battle.net then the game speed is the problem

    Tried, 10mbit limit for attachments here and rar files not accepted for assets. I can assure the link is safe and so is the file, if you want a free reliable virus program then google avast, ive used it for years

    All icons for all expansions converted and ready for importing. I mainly did this for myself but i wanted to contribute something.

    2230 Warcraft 3 Icons 10744 World of Warcraft Icons

    Open the jpg folder and browse for a icon you like, when you found one remember its name and then import the dds version to sc2.

    If it has been posted before just remove the thread, enjoy.

    Just as the titles states, you and your friends are supposed to escape the unexpected! So expect everything.

    The first 7 levels to learn the map are done and what i need now is to see if it works with more players at the same time, it is now published under europe with the name "Escape the Unexpected" (might have thrown in a beta there, dont remember). I would love to post screenshots but when i take when it just comes out black so im actually asking you guys to take some neat screenies while you are testing the map :)

    Also please dont forget to point out every little annoying thing you find, this will become a top notch map in the end (i hope)

    Well, for those that didnt play wc3 might not know what an escape map is so here is a short introduction:

    You and up to 11 more friends will on a random planet where unexpected things happens try to survive and solve the various puzzles through out the game. Since i cant really spoil the unexpected stuff that will happen (takes away the map name duh..) so do you have to test it yourself! I wish you good luck and i already know about that level 7 is god damn painful to finish.

    posted a message on How to make vision blockers for aerial units?

    Hi,

    In the Data editor go to the unit you wish to modify, set it to "Table View" (Ctrl+1).

    Look for "Stats: Vision Height" or just put in "height" in the search box, for an aerial unit the standard is most of the times 4 while for a ground unit (ex. zealot) the standard is 0.

    I couldnt add the ability because its not in there but when i switched the editor to the same view you had in the screencap and then added cd so did it magically work! Finally!

    If you use dummy abilities, you need them to at least execute one effect, otherwise the cooldown will not trigger. You can use an empty set effect here (can also use the same set for all the dummy abilities).

    tried it, tried redo it several times.. maybe im missing to fill out a field or something.

    hey, thx for the assist.. but i didnt get it to work :/

    I only need this for dummy spells so if anyone can explain how i easly can make a target unit and/or a target ground which does nothing except get on cooldown. that would be much appreciated, any tutorial links, so far i found one for single target but nothing else, all links accepted

    Hi,

    So i've got pretty far on my first map, the main systems, functions etc are done, what needs to be now are more nice unique "heroes" but i have one problem.. i figured out how to create an ability (god fucking pain compared to wc3) and it seems that how much i try i simply cant get the fucking spell to get on cooldown..

    I entered "10" in all possible cooldown slots, nothing works.. the ability itself works just as it should and it automaticly states the 10 sec cooldown in the tooltip but when i use it so is it still refreshed.

    Any ideas? Fast answer appreciated!
