    as someone suggested to make it more "simple". That is a bit simplier, yet still takes skill to play.

    I cant still say which system was better. The combo system or this...In the video its really hard to tell the difference. They do share similar feeling, but ninja versions is more of using skills one in a good order, while in combo arena you have to combine spells to even hit they enemy.

    Perhaphs I could combine those both and try to add combos as upgrades later...I dont know...

    Hmm meh...I guess I will go to do a basic and simple map now. Kinda dissapointed that combo arena 2 wasnt as fun as I had hoped, yet it was to be expected. Its pretty much 4 players map that it doesnt become utter chaos. I was hoping of using the system for my project, but I guess Ill just go with normal spell system and do synergy/upgrade system to them.

    what a shame...I do not really like to do normal stuff, but I guess Ill go back to my drawing board and try new things out yet again.

    Massacre TD. Allthough mostly suffered losing fast after team sucks. Overal fun towers and you get lots of stuff to kill. I also enjoyed pokemon tds and ff tds :D....when you can build your favourite stuff its awesome :D...

    What most tug of wars lack is "upgrades". I loved "complexity" of civilization wars in wc3. You had different techs you could go for and many different strategies. There was also resource controlling. Middle gives extra suply, top gives extra income, bottom gave possibility to build special units.

    you evolved your riders and archers...it really felt like you could counter things and had a great style. Im not saying you should rmk that stuff, just throwing out some ideas...there still hasnt been tug of war that has been better than civi wars in sc2, allthough genetic lab wars was great too (its really good that units move same speed and you can select what position to build them in).

    Does it really add something to the tug of war genre? I feel like it wont...feels like it might be just weird/complex mechanic instead of being fun.

    So I would rather see something different I guess. First thing that comes to mind is nexus hindarance wars...you tried to control where units go, but I find it being more anoying that useful...just didnt feel right.

    I tried learning Java again like 6months before...I just cant keep myself looking youtube videos and trying to learn the stuff...so that stuff aint for me.

    If you have patience to learn that stuff, its time more wisely spent than using the sc2 editor.

    I would definetly help testing and playing. BUT do not go standard moba style. Even I have taken quite different approach in my own map and it has gotten its fans and haters...nonetheless just make a unique map, atleast something that hasnt been seen before...or a arena map, bnet doesnt have like any of those?

    sotis is kinda crappy, but I guess its semi decent clone of dota. it looks polished, but is not nowhere near the original dota...grhm people should stick with my map btw :;D

    It was released as unlocked map for a while. I took it away though since im using some of the resources from that map in my current project. So you gotta take it while you can :D...I think you can test the map on bnet though (2 bosses and the systems).

    Actually making a spaceship game is kinda interesting idea. People have went with AoS style, but what if there was spaceship defence or arena? spaceships could have some really cool weapons and warp in and stuff :D...Im not sure if it would be unique enough, but atleast its something to consider.

    • edit* been playing around with different stuff now and I got something interesting. Ill try to keep it as a secret till mapnigh :D...should keep me busy for couple of days atleast.

    UI and leveling up looks good too. Nothing bad to say about them.

    But the UI has never been a big deal to me as long as its something that functions well and looks good to eyes (I hate when some people select bright colors and "cool" backrounds to their stuff when ITS NOT cool).

    so good job there too. You gona make us a map now?

    OMFG thast freaking awesome. BRING US THE SECOND HERO!

    And more seriosly. I really liked the effects and mechanics, allthough I think they fit more to rpg than hero arena/Aos. I never thought you could also make the tint color looks so cool...I did the same thing but it looked plain bad :D...I guess you just put orange with high HDR.

    I kind of use similar things where hero indicates when attacks is coming, but I dont know why my things just seem lesser after seeing this. Atleast my jump looked similar to yours: . you could tell me what you think of my video :D

    hmm the color thingy really interesting...I wonder if I could use it to make my map better.
