We are currently working on a project that is in need of a loading screen as well as a few smaller graphics to be displayed like logos during a cinematic. If you are interested in doing something like this I can give you more details on what I'm needing, otherwise I'd like to keep most of the project details among my small team...
We're off the ground and looking for a first wave of testing to see if our character select screen works... We are looking for people who can test on Monday 8/16/2010 at 1pm Central time in the NA region. We want people who are willing to provide us feedback, and we plan on adding anyone who assists us in this capacity to the credits of our rpg... Send a pm to either myself or Stinger if you are interested...
@SASCnlAlpha: It's called Grunty because the WoW Pet the murloc is taken from is called "Grunty the Murloc Marine"
Also, as said before on the computer screen on the Castanar workstation it says "Play a game? and then Diablo 3 is one of the options" however, I'd like to know if anyone could see if the screen on the right is taken from something, if so, what?
Last entry on the list of games....Global Thermonuclear War
I am currently trying to round up a team to create a multi-player, story driven campaign.
The concept I am currently trying to polish and write a story for is based on two or three mercenary units working for various contacts during the downtime between SC and SC2. Basically, like Wings of Liberty, the players would have a couple of mission paths going on at one time. Group a might have them running around collecting research materials from rival organizations while group b has them defending colonies on a single planet from a specific bandit.
I've spent a lot of my time lurking around looking at what everyone else is doing and trying to process all the tutorials my brain can handle... What I'm stuck on is how to make the campaign setup like in the story mode, so that it comes back to the same place and it's in that cinematic type perspective... I need lots and lots of help...
Feel free to ask any questions you might have or give any kind of feedback.
