    guys i dont know if someone already had this idea..

    but today i was playing MTG: Tactics and started to think why not a Starcraft Tactics :O

    mtg tactics video:

    gameplay:

    so each player has a Special Unit (planeswalker) that can summon the cards you get (units and spells) and its like you playing on a board, units have their own abilties and you can use terrain in your favor like hiding behind walls so u cant get targeted my spells etc.. each unit has its turn so u've a turn where u can choose to attack defense or use unit abilities and when it gets to the planewalker turn you can summon more and use spells

    the objective is to kill the opponent planeswalker to win the game

    people make their own deck minimum 40 cards

    this is would be a very nice map idea a Starcraft Tactics it could be a great project in good hands i have lot of ideas but not enough skills i think :P i really wanted to see this happening cause i think its something that really would work out in sc2

    it would be like a mix between card game and chess

    there should be a better way but i would put a variable with numbers of players still playing and a player group with all player and a life array with the size of players..

    every time someone loses a life you would check his life in the array and if its 0 you would put -1 in the still playing variable and remove him from player group..

    etc etc

    and when the still playing is = 1 you would trigger victoury for the player group that would be just the winning player by that time :o

    ye my map is in 5th page or smthing with 43 hours.. and its a timed map max is 12 minutes ppl play so cant be compared to the maps that last 1 hour lol and now only ppl i get to play it are the guys that played it when popularity was broken(cycling)

    In EU server yesterday server got bugged at night and my autojoins dont work anymore, i cant get in them.. it happened to lot of people.. they say they see us in channel even if we are offline.

    lol this is weird today when i joined my map had 5 hours and was way down there they i get in and start game to see if it goes(was in for just 10 mins) up i leave and went to see and it had 4 hours then i go in game again for 30 mins i go out to see what changed and it had 3 hours.. wtf each time i play it goes 1 hour down xDD

    Edit: I realized that you are in EU and I'm in US. We may have trouble communicating, I'm not sure how it works. Its probably why I couldn't find the mod in custom games.

    I'll try to just be as straight forward as I can with suggestions and criticism.

    Terrain/Vision:

    It's very annoying, people on the blue team were complaining alot as it's definitely easier going up than it is going down. I see you tried to rotate the camera/minimap but it doesn't work out very well.

    You won't like this but please change the terrain to Left/Right instead of Up/Down it wouldn't actually be that much work. It would be alot more balanced and scrolling sideways is easier as well, the screen is naturally longer horizontally than vertically. Please consider this.

    The forced camera on your unit is also irritating, it doesn't work too well in RTS. Letting people scroll around would be better in our opinion. I know you probably want to keep it more like a shooter game, but it would be for the best. Atleast try it out.

    Flag

    You absolutely must move the flag and spawns away from each other. Spawning invulnerable upon a flag as a guy tries to capture it ruins the game completely. It happened several times, the only times you can take it when they are Alive and Away from their base.

    I suggest putting the flag slightly away towards the center, But making those who carry it slowed down slightly, so spawns can still chase them down, even if they have to catch up a bit.

    Economy

    As you've mentioned you want to keep it as simple as possible, having a few items able to be purchased is always a possibility.

    Either only have consumable items with slight benefits OR have permanent ones but you loose them all if you die.

    Assuming you consider this, gold could be gained slowly overtime and from kills/scoring of course.

    Summary Please make the map left to right. Please disable the camera lock. Pleas separate the Flags and the Spawns.

    thanks man i like your suggestions cause i was thinking on most of them the camera was one of my problems and i was thinking in making the map sideways and with your opinion i really think ill do it :P

    btw i really would like to try projectiles the problem is ive been trying to make them and allways failed if someone wants to help they are welcome xD
