Adding units to unit groups is done by the action "Add Unit to Unit Group", but looking at your trigger this might be not what you are searching for. So what exactly do you want to do?
I assume you set the property "Model" under your actors art tab to the original doodad model? If that's the case, I'd suggest to add a new model based on your units Model and change the property "Model" under your new model to the desired .m3 file. Then you could set "Model" under your actor to the new model.

You could use a modulo, if the number of waves between two air/immune waves is constant. If not, you could do something like:
for each i from 0 to n do
if airwaves[i] == currentwave
play airsound
...
