Well, we dont magically know your triggers. Its like saying "Help, my watch is broken, but I dont tell you which watch it is". How about a link to the tutorial you did?
I want my 4-player map to be 2v2 (and not 1v1v1v1 or 3v1). How can I enforce this? So when people play this map, they have to chose to play in one of two teams.
I did: Map->Player Properties and there:
My hope is that the pre-defined colors do the trick. I have no way to test that. Does anyone know?
how do I get all units from a player? If I could get all units then I could also do it, but I cant find that either.
Yes there is "Find unit" which creates "(Creates a list of all player 1's units of type Unit Type within range 10.0 of the point Center Point up to -1 units.) ", but how does one have to specify "Unit Type" so all units are found? Unfortunately its a string and there are no presets.
Hi,
I want to show the score of two teams and the remaining time of the current match in the UI. It should be at the center at the top and look like this:
"12 02:19 5".
Right now I'm using "UI - Text Message" for this with the Message Area "Directive".
Is there a better way to do this? Can one define new Message Areas ( I could not make a variable of that type)? I want to format the team scores differently (size, color) then the time (OK, the different colors already work using "Combine Text Multiple" and "Text With Color").
If
X_MIN <= (X of (Position of Ball)) <= X_MAX
Then
Do Something
It didnt work so I looked at the script:
if (((PointGetX(UnitGetPosition(lib1_gv_ball)) <= lv_x_MIN) && (PointGetX(UnitGetPosition(lib1_gv_ball)) >= lv_x_MAX))) {
Do Something
}
So this is wrong. Instead of "X_MIN <= (X of (Position of Ball)) " I get "PointGetX(UnitGetPosition(lib1_gv_ball)) <= lv_x_MIN" in the script which is the opposite (same with X_MAX).
Is this my fault or is this a bug?
thank you
Edit:
Condition used: "Within Bounds"
Workaround solution:
General - If (Conditions) then do (Actions) else do (Actions)
Hi,
I want to make an event which does something for each player. Well there is "for each player in player group" and "pick each player group" or more general "for each integer". But how do I get the total number of players who are playing?

You could use something like this custom action:

Hi,
how can I determine if a unit is seen by the camera? Is there a way to get the region which is "covered" by the camera?
thank you

ok, thank you

Workaround without custom script:
If
And
Conditions
#PARAM(value) >= #PARAM(min)
#PARAM(value) <= #PARAM(max)
