This would normally belong to the Artist Tavern. What you need to do is to add an alpha channel to the diffuse texture (the less visible the more team color) and save as dds. In 3DSM use Starcraft 2 Material that uses a Starcraft 2 Map. In the material editor in the Starcraft 2 Map options there is an option to use alpha for team colors.
Onisagi, how did you get the "Point" that the move command was targeted at? The only current workaround is using a dummy unit to take the place of the leader, while the Leader is is instantly moved to its ordered location and hidden from view until the dummy unit arrives via the follow command.
NVM: I figured that out. Use the Event "Unit Uses Ability" instead of "Unit Receives Order" then set your point variable to the location of the order.
Look at my map. I did use "Unit is issued an order", then use "Target point for (Triggering order)"
This is so wrong I don't know where to begin. For starters, you placed the whole thing inside the "MarineSquad" trigger that is activated only when a squad is created. I suggest that you follow some tutorials before embarking on a quest like this.
I tried to make a Total War-esque square formation. The squad has a leader that is selected when any clicking on any of the squad members. The squad gets in formation every time a move or a stop order is issued. When one of the members die, the next one takes his place when the next order is issued. If the leader dies the one next to him become the leader.
As far as I know a single model can't have different textures. I might be wrong though. Both the dark Protoss their own models, which are identical to the originals but with different textures. Same goes to the different civilians.

1) In the Layers window, right click and click "add alpha channel"
2) DXT3 no mipmaps
3) Not sure about that

1) The easiest thing would be to import another model and compare
2) Just like you would with any other model, nothing special
3) It's fine
4) What's wrong with the old Carrier?

Just take a normal unit (like civilian or something) and change its model to utility bot.

Actor - Send actor message (SetScale 1.0, 1.0, 1.0 0.0) to main actor of unit whatever

Can you explain to me what's the difference between, for example, Duke's battlecruiser and a normal battlecruiser

First you'd want to download the beta plugin and read the readme file http://www.sc2mapster.com/assets/m3-export-plugin-3ds-max/
There's really nothing extraordinary about modeling for SC2. Just make the model as you normally do.
edit: also read the above sticky

Thank you very much, this will make exported models much more appealing to use.

Bumping for being unsolved.

I think you can't make him move that far from his origin.
