Yea, I will give you a few links to some of the stuff i have worked on. Alot of the stuff i have done is isn't online or anything like that. But i can link the stuff i found online.
This is a student film from VFS where i worked as a Vocal Effects artist, on set sound designer/Mixer, Post Sound Designer and a few other things.
- If you want to get to the good stuff just flip to the end of the short and watch the last 2 mins or something.
Another project i worked on that quickly died a few years ago was this industrial project. http://www.vampirefreaks.com/retraktor It died because my Co-producer dropped out right before our CD was coming out. So i just said fuck it.
As far as everything else i have done it is either not out yet or else its just on the back burner. Or i just have hard copies of it was references.
Any other questions. Just ask.
Yea, Sorry for sounding like a dick guys. But yea, I believe there is going to be a a dedicated team out there at this time that are very much into modding. I mean, july 27th isn't very far away. I think some of the top teams that are going to be remembered are those guys that have heavy coded UMS maps the first day SC2 is released. I mean, There is a little more people strive for when modding games like this as well. They want to be the best modding team on the game. I look at it as kind of a competition. But yea, once again guys. Sorry if i come across as a dick. If anyone wants a custom track for their game as well i can probably put something together that would be pretty good in a short length of time. I have a month or so on my hands where i can do basically anything. SO... Once again, if you want to contact me for a custom track, please feel free.
I am currently looking for a pro team that requires a sound designer for all their own custom Sounds and Music, my education was with Vancouver Film Schools Sound Design for Video Game Development course. I have really just been focusing on music lately, but when i got accepted for Starcraft 2 beta it really kind of pulled me back into the loop of starcraft. I original wanted to create maps but i don't want to spend all the time making them since i don't have very much time on my plate atm. If you're just a 1 person retard team please don't respond to this. I am looking for other people that are amazingly smart at what they do to make an amazing product. Would prefer a modding team.
Points to consider when responding to this thread.
- Don't be a stupid 15 year old
- Have some programming back round
- Want to create a top of the line Starcraft 2 Editor Map.
- once again, don't be a stupid 15 year old that think you're hot shit.
If your team really needs someone with the skills of a pro sound designer please e-mail me at [email protected] and tell me a little about yourself. What sort of education backround you have, where you want to go to school. What sort of computer related skills you have and are interested in.
P.S, (here is a list of programs i am going to use to produce/create/record the material).
Cubase SX3.0
z3ta, Biohazard
Korg Radiad
Portable recording units
HEX writing scripts to be used for tracker implementation
Can write a Pseudo random implementation code using F-mod & Max-MSP
+ more.
