@DrPainZ: Go
Use MapCraft and go on BNet. Send the map to your friends and have them swap while in the lobby, then start. All players in the lobby must swap the map.
It means there is an error with your Game Attributes/Variants (most likely) or possibly player settings (usually when you copy and pasted player data to another slot).
Remove the game attributes/variants (back up first ) and try to upload it. If that does not work, reset all player settings.
Default values not valid means it's with Player Properties, not Game Attributes/Variants, for future reference (every test I've made has shown that, at least).
Hey, there! I'm kind of new to SC2Mapster (heard someone mention it on the beta forums in map development and registered since I heard the word "tools". :P)
For a certain project of mine, I'm trying to dynamically create doodads mid-game- any doodad anywhere depending on the situation. Has anyone seen any possible way to do this or am I just out of luck (if/until it's implemented into the Galaxy Editor)?

Looks fun. I'd love to be a part, but I've got my hands full and don't specialize in a single field.

Use a base unit other than Thor and use the thor icon/portrait/picture/voice. Use something like Marauder as the base? Just scale it up a bit.
