It's unfortunate that no one has found a way to do this yet; maybe it really is impossible at this time. Regardless, thanks for taking the time to reply. If I manage to find some obscure method at some point, I'll be sure to come back and post it here.
I currently have need of the ability to run a trigger upon entering/leaving any and every point or region, as opposed to only a very specific one. It seems like a simple problem at first, given the presence of things like "Any Unit", but there does not actually appear to be an option for Any Point or Any Region in either of the "Unit Enters/Leaves" events.
So far, I have tried (at Hati's suggestion) seeing if entering a region counts as "leaving" the Playable Map Area ("Any Unit Leaves Playable Map Area"), as well as the same for Empty Region, Entire Map, and Triggering Region. I have also tried the reverse, just in case it was possible in a similarly weird way. I am currently experimenting with various potential solutions, but any type of lead would be greatly appreciated; it would be very surprising if there is no generic On Enter/Leave event, so I am sure it is in there somewhere.
