I want tot reduces the amount of light around my characters without reducing the sight radius. The map is very dark and will be lit with flood lights. I need to do this for user and allied computer units.
Not getting any help on this so I'm updating my question.
I need the unit to generate no light or a small amount of light around it without changing that units ability to see normally. I want the flood lights to create illuminate the map. This would including the floodlights that move back and fourth, so that the area revealed would change depending on which way the light is pointing. I also can't seem to find a way for the flood light to actually produce light in the game ( although I could be wrong based upon the amount of light my unit is still throwing out.)
