Was just to change the model for the actor, but I didn't want the badass wings (ZerglingEx1b), just the standard ones, to make a Zerg Hero called Devouring One (from ol' pal SC1).
Also, what you guys think about a modern 5v3 AI map just like the old starcraft? I'm planning doing one really similar, with waves of attackers, and random spawning heroes, just like the old days, but with new UI integration, like difficulty levels, number of players , etc.
I think I say it straightfoward. I want my duplicated units (as I already attached the Actor to the Unit and changed some actors events that were wrong). But I got a problem with the wings. I want the model to have the wings without upgrade. Since the upgrade in the tree says it is linked to an ability, which in turn it is pasive, I watched the ability and it just adds a wireframe to the GUI (+ the speed modifier), but I can't find somehow the actor change.
What events do I have to change, or how can I know. I'm an avid reader, but english is my second lenguage. So please, bear with me.
Yes, there is 2: Goliath, and Free Rotate, but It is messed up. Now it shoots and when i walk it shoots missiles and stand still while moving, i'm not sure which actor is: (goliath, goliath air attack) and looked on events but still no problem because i linked up all efects to their respective copy of weapons.
Edit: Hey sup again, I solved the problem about the turrent type actor, but I still got a little problem with the air attack animation, when it shoots and moves while the animation of shooting is happening, it slides instead of walk, this do not happen with original goliath, can i have any sugestions? here is the map :(

Hey, I did it and it works, but I have another problem, in the game the weapons appears as dissable (So i assume is the old weapons, I suppose is the UI it is called. How can I change this to the new weapons?
also the goliath when it shoots it doesnt turn around for shooting the ground weapon, but the air shoots perfect (i tested to use attack command while looking to the oposite of the enemy units and doesnt attack the unit)I think about the turrent for the ground.
also, it appears goliathdeath but the view button doesnt show, does it means it does not exist?
Hey, How do I take out Multi-Lock Targeting System out of the goliath so I can shoot both ground and air at the same time without upgrade from campaign, Im confused at this one Any help is appreciated it.
PS: Sorry for the Other useless Threat about mutas, and about the lot of threats ( I've Never used any other editor like this, nor I know anything about programing and editors)
Edit: Also I got a Problem with the death animation, I dont Know how, but when it dies The actor appears bigger here is the map since I don't know how to do, I do suck at this :'(
Hey, I got a problem with the mutalisk attack, when it shoots the glaive , it appears from the ground, I suppose it is on events but I can't quite figure it out, for faster search on the map file:
Keywords: Muta (on effects and units), Gla (on weapons, effects)
Edit: Sorry for Posting to soon, I found something that might cause the problem. Also If you want to, see the map file for curiosity :)
Hey, hi all for those that know me for my inexperience with the editor. The title explain itself pretty much, but in case If im not doing it:
After duplicating a unit with borrow, I was in need of deleting the (burrowed) unit, because it mess up with the names of the original unit, so how can I add the same ability by duplicating and the unit (burrowed)? the unit was zergling.

hey man , I did put back ultra's ram attack but animation doesnt work, and the name is weird though lol xd, if u can point my mistake or overview im pretty sure something im forgeting to do, or I dont know if have to.

Ok I saw some intresting things, but very confusing (Growing by the second lol):
I like to use the option of Display all source objects, because I can see if I modified the original or made a copy of it. I saw 2 Ultralisk, one from libertymulti.SC2Mod the other from liberty.SC2Mod both in blue, and saw the sources to see hows that, and notice you have an extra one on your map. and I saw my dependencies and I just had 1 (lol) the Liberty Campaign, then added the others, and had one more ultra in blue, so to clarify, because i feel overwhelmed by all this and a bit frustrated at the moment, how did you actually do? did you selected the original and the duplicate it? or just add unit? then change the duplicated actor?
and why is that when I duplicate the source object also the source object changes name to copy? (most annoying thing ever!)
And last but not least, does these extra dependencies make my map laggier in any way for processing?

I want to practically to create a new unit where I modify the effects, weapons, but for that I have to make new actors ( Ultralisk have 3: Ultralisk, Ultralisk Attack, Ultralisk Head Attack)
It works perferct when I do not change the weapon, I tried by: creating new weapon without new effects (was based on the original), also by duplicating the weapon, then duplicating the effects and the weapons, and still the animation attack doesnt show. All tokens were checked.
I think on ending the threat here and making a new one called ( How to change weapons and actors on a unit)
