Not hard, make a buff type behavior and set its max stack to 255. Then use modifications fields to whatever you want.
You can then put an ability based on Stimpack that will apply this behavior as much as you need.
Search for "Urun" in data editor.
Copy everything related to his attack.
Check in "events+" that everything is linked to your weapon/unit accordingly.

I didn't get why you're using a random real function to make unit spawns for differents players. Can you be more specific on what you're trying to do here ?
What you're actually doing is randomizing a number units will spawns totally randomly for first or second player. Is that what you intended ?
Another thing is that the trigger can randomly take too long cuz you're randomizing a number until it equals a specific number. Considering this number is a real value with decimals and not an integer, it might takes long before it finds the exact 1.00 number.

Research elements have no cost on their own. Maybe items are alike in the way that you need to set cost with an ability.

So I'm making this map where you got attack to expand and defend yourself against waves of enemies sent every 2 minutes.
There is 7 heavily armed bases that are supposed to defend themselves when attacked.
Thing is, I can't figure out any AI settings to make a computer defend its building when attacked. The goal being that the base doesn't recieve any help from outside and try to defend with its units in that very base.
I have some trouble with this as triggering everything would be clumsy... any help is welcome.

Actually, I found a solution on my own based on this thread researchs. Pretty easy ! You can add as many loops you want in your sound file so that the portrait keep having his talk facial animation until you trigger tells it to stop !

I don't know about items, but if they do work like units, you must know that cost is referenced through 2 fields : one in unit tab, and one in the ability that makes it available.
Example : the unit Marine and the ability Barrack (train) both use a field to define marine's cost. And they both work and stack.
Someone on this forum talked of moving the common UI FRAME out of screen, so that the hotkeys still works and a custom interface can be used. Anyone know if this is possible ?

Use "Set Background model". I haven't tested it yet but the description point it is related to skybox.
According to another thread I've read sometimes ago, only Aïur sky is working with this action.
