Oh it's possible, look at Cortex Roleplay, in it you can use a chat command to rename a unit but I am not exactly sure how to go about doing it and you could probably go to their forums and see if they can help you out.
Well I was trying to make it for like a marine has 1 magazine with 50 bullets in it and I wanted it to reload 1 magazine but use the bullets for the actual need to reload, like I fire 50 shots then it has to reload and then gets the 50 bullets back and I wanted to run it fully in data because of the speed and reliability of data, but if I can't I guess I could use triggers as well.
I'm making an ammo system and I wanted to know what kinds of things I needed linked in Data for it to work and if I should also be using triggers and not just all in data.
If you could pull off a co-op I think that's be awesome, only thing funner than beating a rpg, is beating a rpg with a friend.
I think that the only way to keep the "action" going and have multiplayer would be to have the multiplayer like FFT for the PSP but allow them in story mode
I had an idea for a team-based game where everyone starts as a citizen and you can join a mafia, the police, or create a mafia. I plan on making cars that can do drive-byes, the ability to buy or take over building to make an income to make your mafia empire stronger. That's all i have right now, would appreciate some feedback.
There are 14 players excluding hostile and neutral. Spectators are just spectators and take up no slots, i think. Not sure of the last part, but i think so.

Also, are those ghosts going to be heroes, like single units owned by a player or are they going to be normal units that can be massed, because that changes a lot.
I think that you could make a requirement for cliffwalking that space finishs and then when it is used, it does the requirement and after 4 seconds it removes the spell and gives him another cliffwalking so that he needs to press space again.
