Hello i have a map and would really like to add this into it to make it much more exciting!
I would like to add (Like in a game i played like where there is a parasite or somthing and you have to find out who it is) that a player can go into alliance setting (in the game top right) and be able to change it so they can ally/unally who ever they want.
I have made it so that all players are enimies both ways if that is what is causing it not to work.
I have incorporated 3 ideas into one map My previous game Queen Wars This was where you had a queen and she did everything, gathered minerals, made buildings, did upgrades and has abilities. Also in this game units (Excluding the queens) Wandered the mapwhen they spawned an would attack anything in there way until they died. Units where passivly made by a specific building, a roach warren made roaches etc. My game was successful as people loved it, but i just couldnt get enough to play it :( but that means that people like to play games like that which is good :)
Heroes of the storm I love this game iv been waiting for it for ages. But what i like the most are the Talents. I have inorpoated these into my heroes so every few levels they can get a trait and upgrade one of their abilities or passive, then you cant get the other 1 or 2 upgrades until the next game. This would be fun and help people play as they would want to try different builds.
I have also incorporated Tug or war, for there are 5 Vespene Geysers on the map, and each one will give you vespene each second AS LONG AS you stand near it, but some 1 can come in and kill you take it for themselves. I think this will be a very much needed aspect as in Queen Wars (my old map) Games tended to drag out for WAY too long for there was no real reason to attack (One game i played went for 2 hours)
Please take note that this firstly requires heart of the swarm, secondly it is NOT finished, 4 heroes need to have talents added to them, but after that WOOO HOOO im ready! If you have friends, GREAT make them play with you cause i have none :(

I knew it was partly working because the text message would come up in game, but it would happen over and over so i knew somthing was wrong with the unit group or how they where being added.

Hello, i am making a map and i have run into a problem...
For a player to lose (Its until last one standing) Their hero and Revive building both need to be dead, but with my limited 14 year old knowledge of the triggers i cant think of anything that will work because there are 15 different heroes and 3 different revive buildings.
I have tried using 'or' in conditions but i dont think its working.
There are 3 triggers and one unit group for each player
This is what i have done:
Trigger 1 (This is adding their hero to the unit group)
Events
Any unit enters entire map
Conditions
owner of triggering unit = 1
OR

Unit type of unit = Stukov
Unit type of unit = Karass

I am, as i said only 14 and i have been using the editor for 5 years but i have been self teaching myself and i am not sure if this is wrong because its not done right or if i'm using the wrong things because it makes sense in my head
I have a purifier Hero and i have given it two abilities, one is planet cracker and the other is power up power down.
I want the Purifier able to attack and move while it is using the planet cracker and power up but the abilities aren't working.
this is what i have tried so far:
Have gone through the behaviors and checked enable ALL ability boxes and before it had in disable movement and i got rid of it but they still can attack/move
Have gone into the Purifiers attack and checked, initiate attack, only fire at target, only fire while attacking, and i have disabled require enabled attack ability and it still isn't working
Im desperate, is there something i have overlooked? or is there something like sub programming that i just cant find?
PLEASE HELP and thank you for anyone who does!
Thank you all so much but i did what the first guy said, i figured it out AFTER i posted this. Stupid me. And then i just added the upgrade to be done to the triggering player, it works beautifully.
Joey101d I tried what you did but it would mean that the unit that USED the ability would BE stukov not the unit that was created.

My entire game depends on this
At the start of the game you have an egg, and you have to choose a hero, but the thing that re spawns you (Nexus/Hatchery/CC depending on race) needs an upgrade because all of the trains are on auto cast and the upgrades allows that heroes train (revive) to work.
Iv been fiddling around and i cant do something like this with triggers
KEY: Bold is what i HAVE done and italics is what i CANT FIGURE OUT

-Any unit creates a unit with ability Hero Choose or behavior no link
Conditions I need something like this but i cant figure out how to do it

I am making a new game, and you choose a hero get buildings gather minerals and you level up, when you get to certain levels you can choose ONE of THREE upgrades. When you choose of the upgrades, the other two in the column should become unreachable. ( Think of heroes of the storm traits ) and they have to be level 1 to get the first set of traits.
I have been trying so hard to get the requirements, but its not working, any help would be very arpreciated.
NOTE: This is in the SHOW section of the requirement, so if that makes any difference i dont know, becuase i dont know the difference
This is the formula im using:

Count Upgrade - Blah Queued or better
constant 0

(The Blah's are the upgrades)
This makes sense in my head, that all 3 aren't researched and they have 1 level to get them
Are the ands wrong? Iv tried Equals but i only goes once for the count upgrade and the constant then i cant add any more requirements
Im getting this as well, im trying to get an arcade icon and its dds 225 x 150 but its not working
i can import the exact same image but just bigger, so whats going on?

Wandering Hero Wars Summary

When the Trigger is triggered it is doing the death sequence but it is happening not when all of the players hero/revive buildings are dead.

Hello, i am making a map and i have run into a problem... Guess what i just found lol? There is a supress movement and supress attack flag in the behaviour and i overlooked it!

OK i have a problem. A very big one.

I changed the count behaviour to Completed at unit, instead of total because it dosnt stack

OK ITS WORKING!!! Sort of...
The upgrades will work but the level 1 is getting in the way... il try fiddling around and getting it to work and using like completed at unit etc
