I have no idea why I can't use banks for gates, but somehow the "create unit" trigger worked now (maybe I used a wrong point to spawn the unit?). Thanks for help guys.
p.s.: I wont open another topic for this, but my selection in the editor is a turbot (I pressed something wrong). How can I set back to a rectangle?
That's not rly a problem, it's a single player map :)
The problem is that I don't care about the gate's state, I care only about the unit type and it's position. I guessed where the error came from, do you know why the unit is not saved?
As a gate I mean for example "Metallic Orizzontal Gate". In my map, I've to save the gate and to load it in another session (bank). But when i load it, the following error message appears "Specified unit type not valid "" "
Hi folks, I explain my problem. I have flyng units that can go underground, (for example a banshee with height from the ground set on -2) when rocket launchers attack it, the missles remain blocked on the ground. Is there a way to make them to explode on the ground and damage the unit?
I could do it via triggers but would be very CPU expansive (there already a lot of threads to be executed). THanks.
p.s.: Would be enough even if they hit the unit entering the ground, then i create the explosion effect by triggers.

The problem is that scourges just ignore the shields and suicide on the unit. Basically I want the explosion to be on the shield.
So, I made a woking algorithm to find the path that is totally different to Dijkstra, but it is just not usable for human players (the problem is when I issue an order to different selected units in different rooms, or for example if the units can't reach the path for whatever reason). I'll use it for the IA only.

Nothing to do. The gates are the only unts that are not saved :(
