ability is set as behavior
the behavior is set as buff and the modification is set. has a requirement of needing the ability to be complete.
the learn ability has the ability added in.
the ability and behavior are both added to the unit, submenu buttons ect.
in game the buttons work properly and passive icon appears when ability is learned but the behavior is never applied. what am i doing wrong?

I redid it on another map to send to Tya but that redone ability worked perfectly fine.. I'll just completely remove the other and redo it, thanks.

With triggers I'm not sure, but with the data editor you can create an effect/behavior for the hero that increases the timescale of nearby buildings.
