Hi I just stumbled across this. I've been working on my own pokemon style game for the past month or so. It's my first map in SC2. I'm excited to see yours, albeit nervous that it would blow mine out of the water. Are you still working on this?
I have the same question as zelda. I was considering a multimap campaign until I realized we couldn't feed them to multiplayers over bnet.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
EDIT: Looks great! Love the details of stats classes and such. I'm undertaking my first SC2 project which is a topdown pixel RPG - I haven't even started battling yet because I'm not even sure where to start.
This is great! I was so upset about the lack of ui scaling.
I've read over this forum quickly, am I to understand there's no way of NOT demanding a click without it messing up? I'd like to keep my map as seamless as possible. The game I had in mind will use a fully custom ui [if I can ever figure out how to get rid of that black background my console left behind :P]
lame would never save filesize over vorbis.
ogg is always smaller than mp3 in comparable bitrates.
use a conversion tool to change your sounds to q.-1 for smallest size and determine if the loss of quality is acceptable
q.4 is the highest i've had to use.

I don't mean to zombie this thread, but I am curious if there is a map in development.
