Edit: I managed to switch the heads on Tosh's body. Only problem is, Tosh doesn't have any animations associated with the model. They're separate. That wasn't what I had in mind. I'm not much when it comes to animations.
Yes. They are fully animated. You can animate in blender. Maybe at some point I'll try 3D Studio Max again. I'm pretty happy using blender. BTW, have you tried to turn the storymode spectre into a game version? I've tried to but only managed to make a prop version of him. He just stands there with a few "standing" animations. Thats it.
Thank you everyone! Here's a few more that I've been working on:
Voodoo looks pretty good in red too. I could use some help in the texture department. I want to change up the texture patterns such as different camo patterns, unit decals to the shoulders, etc. I tried to add Tycus's shoulder decals but the way that its set up, it didn't work for me.
Has anyone in the community run into this glitch before. Its definitely the goggles. I'm not sure what's causing it. Built and exported in Blender v2.70.
Yep. It was originally a team coloured model. I managed to fix that by removing the specularity textures from it. Now it works but, it has a strange glow. Not sure on that one.
I created a merc marauder using the merc portrait and the story mode marauder in Blender. The issue I'm having is this bright whiteness that showing up on the head. Does anyone have an idea as to what's causing it? How do I fix this?
Ok. I've done a little work on this one with the same results. Whenever I export this particular model from blender, the body turns out red. I finally fixed the head. The weapon is fine. The only conclusion that I can come up with is that, it's the model itself. I've done simular test on different models. Which blender exported perfectly. It's this one that is buggy. If anyone out there can figure this one out, please let me know,
@ println Thanks for the m3addon update. It helped me alot in getting to the root of the problem. I've managed to get it exported as a .M3 file.
It's not perfect of course. But its my first success. The textures of the marine body is pretty buggy. The specter's visor dosen't stay connected in the editor but it does in Blender. Very strange.

Didn't think about using him. I'll look into it.

No. I'm using Blender 2.70. I can't afford 3D Studio Max. I tried the demo once. I didn't care for it.

No. I didn't know that. I'm still a noob to this.
Edit:
I just updated my asset page. Voodoo marine is available for anyone interested.

Thanks Println! I figured out where I went wrong with it.

I found the problem. It was the "normal" texture file that was the culprit. I removed it and the model turned out fine.

I've tried both suggestions so far. Neither worked. It still will not let me export it as a .M3 file. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

The error read "Mesh must have no modifiers except single one for the armature."
@ Println -,Would you mind looking at this. I could send the file to you.
@ Alleyviper85 - I don't have 3dsmax. I can't afford it. Sweet model! I like it!
