VODs are inserted by Caster. I don't know but I don't think so. I think that casters prefear to insert "normal" vods :)

Hi everyone, I'm going to introduce you this new website: www.sc2vod.eu

I'm the creator of the website and of the project and I'm very glad to announce that today I've just released and open to everyone the website. The site is still young and new but I'm very happy to develop something new and powerful. Please give me as feedback as possibile and suggest it to Casters. In this way we can upload more VODs as possible and you can enjoy all matches of Starcraft II

What will you find on the site as User?

• In the main page you will see the latest 50 VODs uploaded
• You have a browse section where you can browse all replay and I've developed a powerful advanced search feature to allow the user to search everything ( you can search for map, game type, matchup, caster, player, votes, ecc ec )
• In the main page will be pushed on the top the best VOD of the week to allow the users to don't miss special games
• User can also browse all casters, competition and players profile.
• User can vote up and down a replay. In this way only the best replays will be showed.
• User can add/remove a VOD on personal favorite list, in this way he can always track them
• User can share to friend his personal VOD favorite list
• User can add/remove a Caster on own personal feed RSS. In this way you will always be notified by rss of newest VODs uploaded by your favorite casters Smiley
• User can mark/de-mark a VOD as 'seen'. VODs marked as seen will not be displayed in home page vod's list or in searches results.

How to be a caster? It's very simple. You need to follow these few steps:

• You need first to signup to SC2VOD.eu
• Than login and create a request to be a caster. Remember: you must have the permission to upload all your cast. The content you will upload to be yours and not of other casters.
• Than wait until an administrator accepts your request. To gain all caster powers, please logout and than login again.
• Start uploading your VODs and help the SC2VOD.eu community grow up!

Which benefits do you gain becoming a caster?

These are a simple and not complete list of benefits you will gain becoming a caster on SC2VOD.eu

• Every caster will have an own page. In the future ( we will release a roadmap ) the caster will be allowed to customize logo, avatars and many other things.
• You can add personal details like your own homepage link and your streaming channel link.
• You can add your biography to allow users to know well your story and background.
• In the pages of your VODs and in your personal page will be showed your Google Adsense to gain money for your casts.
• In the pages of your VODs and in your personal page will be showed your PayPal's donate button.
• More likes ( thumbs up ) you gain, more visibility in home page and VODs list you will gain.
• Now caster when using youtube/ustream/livestream only need to insert the url of vod's games parts and not the entire embed code
• Now casters can update and manage own VODs uploaded.
• Casters now have an own VOD's feed rss and can share to users.

• Customized User feed - User will be allowed to subscribe to casters and follow them using a personal feed
• User Mark as Seen - User will be allowed to mark as seen a VOD.
• User Mark as Favourite - User will be allowed to mark as favourite a VOD.
• Caster VODs - Parse the embed code of the VODs directly from the link instead of copy/paste
• User Comments - Add user comments to VODs
• Caster can now update/manage own vods
• Caster have own VOD's list feed rss
• more minor features / bug fixes

I wish so :) I didn't put an english traslation of the topic. Anyway GLHF.it ( Italian SC2 Progaming community ) is looking for newser that write and look after news/tutorial/how to/forum section about Galaxy Editor for italian community.

GLHF.it sta cercando al momento almeno 2 newser che seguando e dirigano una sezione totalmente dedicata al Galaxy Editor ( sia per quanto riguarda le news che la moderazione e i contenuti del forum ).

In pratica la funzioni del candidato saranno

- aggiornamenti di novita' sul galaxy editor - recensione delle mappe piu' spettacolari - tutorial / how to / screencast sulla creazione di mappe / funzionalita'. ( anche solo mini how to di base ) - moderazione e contenuti per la sezione dedicata sul forum

Avverto gia' che non sto offrendo un lavoro retribuito ovviamente, anche perche' come ho gia' detto a molti non ci cavo un soldo dal progetto di GLHF.it

Stiamo cercando persone appassionate, che sappiano scrivere in italiano fluente, di una certa serieta' e professionalita' e soprattutto continuita' nel creare contenuti di qualita'. Non vogliamo copia e incolla, non vogliamo news strimizzite, vogliamo gente che ha voglia di fare e recensire una passione.
