How do you create a Pick Up Regenerating Buff from scratch on contact without the Text Actor - or hence making a Rune , I'm pretty good with Decrypting and I got the Text part working but it still fires up multiple texts.
using Effect - Pick Up - Start event but I dont know anything about the ability Effect-Target stuffs , does anyone know how to make one? Pleaaaaaase teach me :)

Idk if this is possible , But through catalog field value get , Is there a way to create a timer using Data Driven or through Triggering.
