Ive been messign around with this trigger for a while, and it wont work. I tried Any unit is highlighted by Any player than printed a message as the action and nothing happened
Highlighting is not the same as selecting, and to be honest, I don't even know what highlighting is, but it seems most units are marked as "Unhighlightable" in the data editor. You're probably looking for the Unit Is Selected event, rather than the Unit Is Highlighted one.

No, lol. you were right, it wasnt working because Cannot be Highlighted was checked
