Has problem and has no mind why? When I use action "Set unit facing angle XXX over 10 seconds" my unit makes turn instantly (and if I set 60 seconds or 100 seconds... 1nothing helps). What I missed?

Wrong, They do. Model dialog. some screen in the menu that do absolutely nothing, and random script stops that happen for no reason other to drive you insane. To top it off we have http://www.sc2mapster.com/forums/development/editor-bugs-and-feedback/ which blizzard never looks at.
use the native "makeunitfacepoint" instead,
point can be obtained with point with polar offset. works for me

ya try a marine see if it gives the same issue, then we can limit the issue too... well... you. hehe but then we can try to mimic marine flags and such.
Found why. This because of my unit hasn't move ability and his move speed equal 0. BUT If he has this requirements he start move around, hunting on my enemies. I wana my unit always idle. So any ideas?

You are using the action "Make Unit Face Angle"? And what is the type of the unit you are changing the facing of?
Yup. It's my custom unit, created without duplicate (from full zero). Any requirements in the unit data to make smooth Unit Face Angle over time?

force your unit to face +3 degree every 0.06 seconds in your desired direction

i turn off the units fidget state. that seems to help most of the time.

set the unit's weapon scan radius to 0. so it will only attack units in range
