So I had a couple cinematics that were working fine before the patch hit, but since 1.2 none of the text shows up from my unit transmissions during them. I have cinematic mode turned on and all that jazz, has anyone else run into this issue?

Yep, Patch 1.2 broke alot, i have the same problem. Also for me, 3rd person doesnt work right anymore, the cursor is fucked up.
Since 1.2, subtitles are no longer enforced for transmissions.
If you want to see transmission text, you need to enable subtitles; as do players who play your map.
