It should be just Assets/Textures and it does not matter where the models are. The ones still missing may use a different folder, you could open the model in the cutscene editor, near the bottom where it shows the model name right-click on it and select "show Model data", a new window will open with model information, go to "Materials" and try to find the one that uses these textures, there you will see the path they should be in.
Move the textures to Assets/Textures/ after importing them. Save then import model, the problem should be solved. In case you didn't do it in that order, save then close the editor and open it again, the model should use the textures properly.
Not all custom models use that folder for their textures, in case you try that and it doesn't fix the issue, try contacting the modeller about it.
